  • Credit hours
  • Campus (e.g., Stillwater, Tulsa)
  • Level (e.g., graduate, undergraduate, professional)
  • Grade Mode (e.g., standard grades, pass/fail grades, thesis/dissertation research)
  • Registration Status (e.g., registered, waitlisted, withdrawn/dropped with a W)
  • Instructor names and email addresses
  • Schedule type (e.g., lecture, lab, etc.)

Concise Student Schedule

The Concise Student Schedule is the simplest version of your semester class schedule, and includes class date/time and location details as well as total enrolled credit hours (excludes withdrawn classes and waitlisted classes). If you want to print your schedule, this is the best choice.

Student Week at a Glance

The Student Week at a Glance displays your class schedule in a calendar format, one week at a time. Use the Next Week or Previous Week links to move from week to week. Note that common exams will display only on the exam dates. You can click on a class to see more details about it. Note that online and independent study classes with no scheduled meeting times will display at the bottom.

Student Detail Schedule/Student Schedule

The Student Detail Schedule/Student Schedule displays many details about each active class in an expanded format, including grade mode, class meeting types, and meeting schedule type (ex: lecture vs. lab). At the top of the Detail Schedule are your total registered credit hours, which includes hours for withdrawn classes. (Note that the credit hours on the Concise Student Schedule excludes withdrawn classes). Although the Detail Schedule doesn’t reflect details for withdrawn classes other than including them in the total credit hours, you can find details for withdrawn classes on the Registration History page.

Active Registrations

The Active Registrations view includes links to class section details (where you can access textbook information, course catalog entry, enforced prerequisite and other registration controls) and shows midterm grades. While you can access class meeting details from this page (by clicking either the CRN or section title), they are not displayed here.

Current Schedule at top of Add or Drop Classes

A common place for students to view their class schedule details is at the top of the Add or Drop Classes page. The Current Schedule lists all classes in which you are actively registered, classes from which you have withdrawn (with an automatic grade of W), and wait listed classes in which you seek to register. The Status column distinguishes between active registrations, withdrawn, and waitlisted classes. The Total Credit Hours shown here includes credit hours for withdrawn classes.

Registration History

The Registration History page displays all classes in which you are actively registered, classes from which you have withdrawn (with an automatic grade of W), and wait listed classes in which you seek to register. See the Status column to distinguish active registrations from withdrawn or waitlisted classes. Midterm grades are displayed here, and final grades will be displayed at the end of the term after all final grades have been rolled to history (a few days after grades are due). Like the Active Registrations page, you can access class section details from here by clicking on either the CRN or the Course Title.
