Order Official Transcripts Online
Please be aware that all requests are now charged at the time an order is placed instead of when the transcript is made available. It is important that you make sure you attended OSU Stillwater/Tulsa. If you have not placed an order since February 2023, you may be required to create a new Parchment account.

Current Students – Login to Self-Service and select Student, then Student Records, then Request Official Transcript.
Former Students/Alumni – Request a transcript using our online transcript ordering site. For help creating an account or ordering, contact Parchment Support at https://www.parchment.com/chat-support/ or contact us at transcripts@okstate.edu or 405-744-6876.

Non OSU Stillwater/Tulsa Campuses: Please contact your appropriate campus directly for directions to request a transcript. Please visit OSU OKC, OSU IT, or OSU CHS Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine specific websites for further assistance.
To request multiple paper transcripts in individually sealed envelopes (one transcript per envelope), you must submit each paper transcript order separately with a quantity of one (1). Multiple transcripts ordered in a single order will be placed in a single sealed envelope. eTranscripts are the fastest way to obtain an official transcript. All paper transcripts will be mailed via standard USPS shipping, unless expedited shipping was purchased.
