Third Party Transcript Requests

Third parties (e.g., investigators, parents, guardians, employers), who have signed consent to request records on behalf of a learner, may order official OSU transcripts for $15 per e-transcript or $17.50 plus $2.50 standard shipping per paper transcript by following the steps below:

Obtain a signed transcript release from the student. Third Party orders require upload of a signed transcript release form.
Create an online account on our transcript ordering site or login.
Select "Ordering on behalf of someone else."

Provide student details and don't forget to upload the signed transcript release form.
