How soon after the end of the semester can I get a transcript with the current semester grades on it?

Your grades will be available in Self Service (see View Grades in the Student Records section) as soon as the Instructor enters them, but they will not print on your official transcript until a few days after the end of the term. If you wish to submit an Official Transcript Request before the end of the semester but do not want us to send it until after the semester's final grades are available, be sure to indicate "Hold for Final Grades" on the request form.

Please note that holding delivery for final grades is not possible with the expedited eTranscript service. If you wish to use the expedited eTranscript service but want to ensure that your final semester grades are included, wait to submit your eTranscript order until after you see your semester grades are “final” and appear on your academic transcript in Self Service.

How long does it take to process my transcript request?

eTranscripts are typically processed within a couple of hours on business days with immediate availability after processing, provided the student has no transcript holds. eTranscript orders placed during occasional down times of the student information system will require additional processing time. Transcripts for students whose most recent term of enrollment at OSU was prior to Fall 1999 will required additional processing time.

What is an electronic transcript (eTranscript)?

An eTranscript is a secure, certified PDF of your official Oklahoma State University transcript. It is accompanied by a cover page providing information about the document itself. The eTranscript is downloaded from a secure website as a PDF document and is protected by an electronic signature which verifies that the document was sent from the OSU Registrar's Office and has not been altered.
