Joe Eastin

Executive Chairman/Co-Founder, ISN

Joe Eastin is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of ISN, a Dallas-based software and services company that supports contractor and supplier management for organizations around the world. Since the launch of ISN in 2001, the company has grown to serve more than 100,000 customers across more than 90 countries, supported by a global team of over 1,000 employees.

An Oklahoma native, Joe earned a business degree from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Beyond business, Joe and his wife, Monica, support education and workforce readiness through the Eastin Center for Career Readiness at OSU’s Spears School of Business. He has been inducted into the Spears School of Business Hall of Fame (2012) and the OSU Hall of Fame (2019). His civic service includes roles with the MIT Sloan Americas Executive Board, the Bush Center Executive Advisory Board, the Momentous Institute, and the Episcopal School of Dallas, where the Eastin family endowed the WORX Internship Program.

Joe is a member of YPO Lonestar Gold and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas supporting education for underprivileged youth. He and Monica live in Dallas and have four children.
