Who We Are
The Office of the Registrar at Oklahoma State University provides exemplary and reliable services to students, faculty and staff related to the creation, maintenance, and security of student academic records. We assist current and former students with registration, official transcripts, degree and enrollment verification, maintenance of personal and academic information in the student system, graduation, and other services. Faculty and staff rely on our office for development and maintenance of the academic calendar, the semester schedule of classes, the course catalog, general university classroom scheduling, grade submission, policy interpretation, degree audits, and commencement.
